Antipasto Skewer
These skewers are dairy-free, gluten-free, and sugar-free! You can also prepare these the day before and simply heat them in the oven before serving. It makes a beautiful appetizer, and it is quite simple to make.

  1. Slice the sausages into 1 inch slices.
  2. Put oil on pan and heat to medium-high.
  3. Place sausage pieces in pan and brown (about 5 minutes).
  4. Add the cherry tomatoes to the pan.
  5. Cook until tomatoes have turned slightly brown in spots (1minute or so)
  6. Take your wooden skewers and skewer the artichoke heart, olive, tomato, and then the sausage.

  9. Bake in a 350 degree F. oven for about 5-10 minutes.
  10. Serve.
