Ingredients
- 1 pc avocado pitted and peeled
- 1 cup cream sour
- 1/4 cup dill fresh , chopped, plus a few sprigs for garnish
- 1 pc garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 pc jalapeƱo medium, minced, seeded for milder heat
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 pc scallions white and green parts, thinly sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Vegetable crudites for serving
Instructions
- Mash the avocado with a fork in a medium bowl.
- Add the sour cream and whisk until well combined.
- Stir in the dill, scallions, garlic, jalapeno, salt and black pepper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Serve with vegetable crudites and garnish with a few sprigs of fresh dill.
