Ingredients
- 2 cups beef stock
- 15 oz tomatoes fire roasted
- 32 32 tomatoes crushed
- 8 oz red peppers
- 16 oz beef sirloin cut into cubes
Instructions
- Brown the sirloin cubes in a hot pan and then add them to a large stock pot.
- Add the cans of tomatoes and peppers.
- Add the beef stock.
- Let simmer for 30 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper to taste
