Instructions
  1. Brown the sirloin cubes in a hot pan and then add them to a large stock pot.
  2. Add the cans of tomatoes and peppers.
  3. Add the beef stock.
  4. Let simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste
