  1. Cut the hard boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
  2. Place the yolks in a mixing bowl and mash them thoroughly.
  3. Add all the other ingredients and blend well.
  4. Spoon the yoke mixture into the hard boiled egg white halves (dividing it up evenly), garnish with a piece of parsley and serve. Enjoy!
