Ingredients
- 6 pcs tomatoes (large)
- 1 pc cucumber (medium)
- 1 pc bell pepper
- 1/2 pc onion (yellow)
- 1 pc garlic clove
- 1 pc lemon (juice only)
- cilantro handful of fresh
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Wash the vegetables.
- Blend the tomatoes in a food blender or processor until smooth.
- Chop the remaining vegetables.
- Add the chopped vegetables to the blended tomato mixture.
- Add the salt, pepper, and lemon juice and stir well.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
